The CCIFV healthcare committee, created in 2005, is to give a lift to the France position as a referent country as for healthcare in Vietnam. The committee is to be an exchanges and meeting place for any company in the healthcare Vietnamese market either subsidiary or a partner of a French company.

Beyond the network of CCIFV members, the committee wants to gather all French actors of the Vietnamese healthcare market: pharmaceutical labs, hospitals, distributors, manufacturers of healthcare equipments, consular services in charge of medical cooperation between France and Vietnam.

As the healthcare market is strictly ruled by the local authorities, the Hanoi committee, drive by Lucien Blanchards, keeps the French Embassy and the Vietnamese Health Ministry up-to-date with the committee actions.
