Job Description:
This person’s key responsibilities will be to :
- Accelerate the retail brands portfolio‘s development . Drive brands awareness, trial and loyalty.
- Own the relationship with the company international principals (Laita, Bel, Heinz and many more to come...). Get their full support on all brand building activities. Timely report on brands performance. Handle the volume forecast, and the annual business plan.
- Design and implement brands launch and developement plans, focussing on product trial and trade marketing campaign. Handle trade marketing agencies.
- Closely collaborate with Retail Sales Manager to insure new brands sales sustainability, and products visibility in all modern trade outlets. Become a consumer, category and brand expert. Deploy product and brand knowledge to the sales team.
- Efficiently manage the financial resources allocated to brand management
Profile:
The candidate will be a local Vietnamese either male or female with:
- Having 8 years of marketing or trade marketing experience / training ideally with a blue chip FMCG company including at least 6 years developing mass market / food brands: 2 to 4 years of marketing and trade marketing plans implementation at retail customers; 2 to 4 years leading brand development planning and relationship with marketing agencies; 2 to 4 years full accountability for a major FMCG brand results.
- Perfect fluency in English both oral and written
- A proven track record of developing food/FMCG brand
- Both analytical and pragmatic intelligence, Results oriented, Autonomous.
- A willingness to evolve into a smaller structure, thus having a greater autonomy and potential for impact.
