Job Description:

This person’s key responsibilities will be to :

- Accelerate the whole brands portfolio‘s sales development with modern trade key accounts
- Enlarge and strengthen company modern retail distribution network nationwide.
- Handle all modern trade key accounts from business planning and negotiations with head quarters, down to in store execution and sales fundamentals improvement. Insure Key Accounts best possible support to company 's brands and products.
- Supervise and grow the Modern Trade Sales Team (from 8 currently to over 20 persons) including recruitment, management, KPI deployment, training of ASM, SR, and the set up of a national merchandising and product demonstration team.
Insure new brands listing,  sales sustainability, and products visibility in all modern trade outlets.
- Efficiently manage the financial resources allocated to KA development.

Profile:

The candidate will be a local Vietnamese either male or female with:

- Having 12 years of sales experience / training (+/-2 years) ideally with a blue chip FMCG company including at least 8 years handling modern trade customers: 2 to 4 years calling on modern trade stores, getting a full understanding of in stores operations, ordering systems, sales fundamentals improvements process and in stores procedures; 4 years supervising modern trade key accounts (HQ) in Vietnam with a direct accountability for customer sales and profit results; 4 years managing a 20+ sales team.
- Perfect fluency in English both oral and written
- A proven track record of developing business with modern trade customers preferably Coop Mart, Big-C, Metro according to western standards.
- Strong negotiation, selling empathy, and management skills. Great autonomy.
- A willingness to evolve into a smaller structure, thus having a greater autonomy and potential for impact.
