Job description:

Missions:

TETRA, 2G (GSM & GSM-R), EDGE, , 3G, CDMA, HSPA, LTE, WIMAX, WIFI access network evaluation and specification for introduction in the network and life cycle management.

 Main activities:

• Analysis of the statement of work and the expression of needs document

• Suggestion of scenarios for introduction of new technology in the network and realization of related technical and economic studies

• Study on dimensioning, planning of access network (BTS, BSC, transcoder, B node, RNC) on the basis of marketing request and traffic data

• Configurations and system settings specification and optimization.

• Creation of physic and logical architecture and identification of necessary material and logical functionality

• Conduct of tenders

• Piloting of validation work related to needs for improving network

• Conduct of the system reception

• Analysis of performance and audit of used technology

• Optimization and global coherence of networks

 Skills:

• Knowledge of system and functionality of access network

• Knowledge of network protocol, management algorithms and their parameters

• Catch meter system from administration system

• Catch signal data by protocol analyzer on transmission interface

• Administration and system configuration
