Job description:

Missions:

- Conduct consulting studies for mobile access radio network design for access network development

- Improve quality of service and life cycle management

- Technology covers: TERA, 2G (GSM, GSM-R), EDGE, 3G, CDMA, HSPA, LTE.

Main activities:

1. During design phase :

- Study and creation of cellular design on a planning tool according to marketing targets and operator’s strategy orientation - Radio sites search on the ground (survey)

- Definitions and specification of radio engineering for each site

- Establishment of radio frequency plan, coding plan

- Definition of radio settings

- Study on dimensioning

- Infrastructure engineering of sites

2. During life cycle management and quality of service improvement phase

- Definition of performance and functioning indicators

- Definition of radio settings

- Analysis of performance indicators of service quality and traffic.

- Realization of corrective actions to improve performance :

- Modify frequency plans, reduce radio interference

- Justify radio mobile parameters

- Redistribute the traffic

- Pilot or realize field measurement campaigns, treatment and analysis

- Sites Audit

- Recommendation for upgrading sites (aerial, hertzian beam…)

Skills:

- Radio propagation model and engineering rules of sites

- Knowledge of architecture and equipment of access network (TETA, GSM, GSM-R, GPRS, EDGE, HSPA UMTS, CDMA),

- Knowledge of radio protocol, management algorithms and their parameters

- Power report, control of Frequency Radio

- Control of radio engineering tools : Aircom Asset, Forsk Atoll

- Knowledge of access system parameters and meter.

- Knowledge of radio protocol, management algorithms and their parameters

- Catch meter system from administration system

- Catch signal data by protocol analyzer on transmission interface, protocol analyzer K12, K15

- Radio propagation model and engineering rules of sites

- Knowledge of architecture and equipment of access network (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, CDMA),

- Good command of computer tools: Ericsson TEMS, Actix Nemo; Alcatel RNO/ NPA

Profile:

- Vietnamese Candidates,

- University graduate

- Good oral and written in English and Vietnamese
