Job Description:

Heading a team of 30 analysts working on a project of inventory cleaning for a worldwide telecom provider, the senior delivery manager will:

- Monitor and anticipate recurring issues pertaining to the project: Tight deadlines, Escalations, Workload, Deliverables, Staffs Performance & Turnover

- Ensure smooth and on-time delivery of weekly progress reports for several accounts, including comprehensive presentation delivered to the different stakeholders of the project

- Optimize the existing resource & time management system

- Secure the current delivery model by standardizing processes and deliverables

- Develop the vision and mid/long term plan of the project

- Track and maintain the optimal profitability of the project

- Report to the BU Director/Program Manager on the activity and performance of the project on a weekly and monthly basis

Profile:

-Bachelor / Master Degree is a plus, Engineering degree is a plus.

- Having 4-6 years experiences, at least 3 years of significant Project Management experience.

- French is a plus

- Vietnamese level: Fluent

- English level: Advanced

- Computer skills: MS Office suite proficiency

- Outstanding people management & customer interaction

- Telecommunication – Network knowledge is a plus

- Salary: Negotiable
